Warranty terms and conditions

Ferre guarantees free repairs of its products during the warranty period through its authorized service centers. Each Ferre product is subject to different warranty conditions, see details below.

The Ferre warranty provides for free repair within the terms and conditions described below. The Ferre warranty does not limit the buyer’s legal rights. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product and only within the Republic of Uzbekistan.

If you need to take advantage of the Ferre warranty, contact your retailer or customer service.

The Ferre warranty covers material defects and manufacturing defects. As a consequence, all other defects and damages resulting from improper handling, incorrect settings, incorrect calibrations and settings, non-compliance with the User’s Guide or Installation Manual, as well as damage due to external factors and normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage are not covered by the warranty.

The Ferre warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship notified during the period of the Ferre warranty.

The Ferre warranty is only valid upon presentation of the original (not handwritten) proof of purchase.

The Ferre warranty lapses after work on alterations or repairs performed by persons not authorized by Ferre, when the serial number has been tampered with or removed, or after upgrading or professional use of a consumer product.

The decision to repair is made solely by Ferre. Replaced parts and assemblies become the property of Ferre. Replaced units and spare parts can be either new or remanufactured.

The Ferre warranty has no other charges other than the cost of repair or replacement.

Ferre is not responsible for any loss or damage to the software or media.

Replaced parts and assemblies become the property of the organization that performed the replacement or repair.
